All fundraisers require a green fundraiser form regardless date, time, or location.
An online Civic Permit is needed only IF the fundraiser is happening outside of school hours AND is held on campus.
AUSD Civic Permits - https://ausd.civicpermits.com/: These permits are to be filled out before green fundraiser forms! Make sure to include the event name and school (Mark Keppel High School). Also, remember to fill out information as accurately as possible. After submitting, you are given a permit number that should be written on the green fundraiser form. Your REQUESTED fundraiser will be reviewed after a few days and will be given an "Accepted" or "Denied" response.

Green Fundraiser Forms: Green fundraiser forms should be filled out with exact information filled out on the civic permit website. Forms should include all information needed to approve fundraiser. Do NOT forget to put the permit number received from the civic permit website on the top right corner of the form!
